After months of speculation, a new Pokemon game has been announced for the Nintendo Switch. Titled Pokemon: Let’s Go, Pikachu and Pokemon: Let’ Go, Eevee, developer GameFreaks will endeavor to take the series in a bold new direction.
Departing from series norms, the new games will feature motion controls and mobile connectivity, incorporating elements form the mainline series and Pokemon Go to create an entirely new experience and adventure for Pokemon fans around the world.
Moreover, “Let’s Go, Pikachu” and “Let’s Go, Eevee” will make use of an optional peripheral known as the Pokemon Ball Plus. Pokemon Ball Plus functions as a control and as well as an accessory to take your Pokemon on a stroll.
It is important that “Let’s Go, Pikachu” and “Let’s Go, Eevee” is indeed a spin-off, with a core game scheduled for release in 2019.
Pokemon: Let’s Go, Pikachu and Pokemon: Let’ Go, Eevee will launch exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on November 16.
